Kayaking Tour
Each 2 hour kayaking tour is started by getting a short lesson on how to paddle. Whether you have no experience or plenty of, our kayaking tour is suitable for all. We start by making our way along the shoreline and exploring the little creeks and bays. Then heading out towards one of Lough Corrib's 365 islands. When we get to the island we rest, have a snack and a cup of tea. We can also explore the island then continue the journey once we are all ready. The views on this tour are breathtaking, with the stunning backdrop of the Connemara mountains. The silence on the middle of the lake is absolutely bliss, there is no better way to experience and explore this part of the world.

Sailing Tour
Lough Corrib Adventures 3.5 hour Sailing Experience along the epic Connemara landscape is a fun and unique experience for anyone looking to experience sailing. First things first we run through the boat, explaining the functionality of how the sails work. We then set sail across the lake where we aim for one of our stop off points, to then explore one of the many islands. This tour is a guided experience and allows you to take the sails under the supervision of an experienced instructor. Its hard to beat the feeling of the wind taking the sails, engine free and re-living what once was of the only mode of transport in the Connemara area once upon a time. This experience is a truly unique and exhilarating way to explore the magical and visually stunning Connemara area.

Paddle Boarding

Is there a minimum age?The minimum age is 7 years old.

What should I expect?Everything will be briefed and explained in detail once you arrive. The tour itself is not to strenuous and suitable for all.

What if the weather conditions are deemed unsafe?If it is unsafe to go out on one of our experiences then you will be entitled to a full refund. This will be communicated to you the evening before your experience is due to commence.

What is your cancellation policy?Anyone that makes and pays for a booking is entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled 24 hours or before the scheduled start time.

Is there shops or amenities nearby for food/drinks?Yes there are both shops and restaurants nearby the starting point whereby our guides will give you some recommendations should you need.

Is there a toilet nearby?Yes there are facilities nearby the starting location.

Do you need previous kayaking/sailing experience?Not at all, our experiences are suitable for all, ranging from people who have never kayaked/sailed before to experienced kayakers/sailers.

Do I need to be able to swim?No, you do not need to be able to swim to join one of our experiences. You will always be provided with a buoyancy aid, which will keep you afloat if you are in the water and a guide will always be near to help you.
